About me
Sean Kean is a Technical Account Manager for Canyon Solutions, Inc., the makers of Jcats. Sean graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2000 from Tennessee Wesleyan University, and his professional career began in courts. Sean worked as a Court Administrator for Murray County Juvenile Court in Chatsworth, GA for approximately three (3) years before becoming the Clerk of Whitfield County Juvenile Court in Dalton, GA in 2004, where he was the clerk for approximately twelve (12) years.
Sean left Whitfield County Juvenile Court in April of 2015 where he has been with Canyon Solutions now for approximately ten (10) years. Sean is responsible for account management for ten different accounts in Georgia, including the Georgia Public Defender's Office. In addition to assisting these clients with helping better track data, providing technical assistance in formulating reports, case management upgrades, integrations with other systems, Sean regularly supports approximately 5,000 users daily on various Jcats applications.
