How do I register for the conference?
Complete the conference registration form by July 6, 2026.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
No. Conference registrations are not transferable.
Where and when does the event take place?
July 20–22, 2026, at the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, Georgia.
Can interns attend?
Interns may attend but are not eligible for the GPDC hotel block.
Will there be a conference app or schedule available?
Yes. The schedule will be available in Sched closer to the conference dates.
Is there a recommended dress code?

Are meals or refreshments included?
Coffee and snacks will be available on Monday. Breakfast and a box lunch will be provided on Tuesday. A reception will be held on Tuesday. Breakfast and snacks will be available on Wednesday. Dinner is on your own each evening.
Are there special hotel rates for attendees?
GPDC has reserved hotel rooms in Athens for state employees (including SPCRS) and speakers. Select this option during registration. Deadline is June 1, 2026.
Is parking available on-site?
Paid parking is available in the North Campus Parking Deck. A shuttle will be available from the Georgia Center Hotel.

Can I request dietary accommodations?
Yes. Indicate dietary needs on the registration form.
Will session recordings be available?
Main sessions will be recorded and shared on demand. Satellite sessions will be recorded if quality allows.
CLE CREDIT
Will CLE credit be available?
Yes, CLE credit will be available for eligible sessions.
How do I receive CLE credit?
You must complete the Online CLE Request &Affirmation of Attendance form after the conference.

Yes, for approved speakers.
Will presentations be recorded?
Yes, sessions in classrooms A & B will be recorded.

No. Hotels will be assigned at random within the GPDC hotel block.

No, single rooms are standard.
I am a county employee. Can I reserve a room in GPDC's block?
No. The GPDC hotel block is only open to state employees (including SPCRs) and conference speakers.
Can I reserve my own room outside the GPDC block?
Yes. You can be reimbursed up to $100/night through Concur.

No, this is an in-person conference.
