With over 15 years of expertise in clinical practice, consulting, and transformative leadership, Reinette has dedicated her career to empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve meaningful growth and sustained well-being.
The Empowerment Agency was founded on the idea that we can create innovative strategies and solutions to assist individuals and corporations in maximizing their purpose, performance, and productivity.Reinette graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelors of Psychology Degree and Minor in Sociology in 2005. She pursued graduate studies at the University of Georgia completing her Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2009. Currently Reinette is licensed in the state of Georgia and Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and maintains a Qualified Supervisor (QS) designation in the state of Florida, holds a national certification as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) and is an approved Family Violence Intervention Program facilitator. Reinette is also trained to provide critical incident and stress management (CISM) (also referred to as disruptive event management (DEM) services by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Qualified Supervisor, Reinette blends evidence-based therapeutic approaches with deep empathy and understanding, helping clients navigate life’s challenges with resilience and purpose.
